Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
Our return window is 31 days from the date of delivery. Should this period elapse, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For a successful return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and contained within its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for the return process.

Items ineligible for return or refund include, but are not limited to: clearance items; mystery items or mystery bundles; digital or downloadable products; items not returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging; items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error; and any items expressly designated as “Final Sale” within the product description or at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping address information is accurate at the time of purchase. Additionally, any items returned beyond the 31-day period following delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Shipping paid is non refundable once the item has shipped. Please verify your address before you place your order.
Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed, please recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there might be processing time before the refund is posted. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at orders@ilovemyfreedom.org.

Gift Returns
Items received as gifts can be returned in exchange for gift credit if they were marked as gifts when purchased. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Exchange items may vary in delivery time, dependent on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Membership Cancellations & Refunds
Memberships can be canceled and are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a cancellation of a membership, please log in to your account, navigate to the "Manage My Membership" button, and choose the 'Cancel' option or email us at support@ilovemyfreedom.com. If you have trouble doing this or have additional questions, please contact our customer support team.
